When Bob naismith designed the Culist Captain figure for Frostgrave, he incorporated the right arm into the cloak, giving a one piece fitting.
After it was released, Bob had a play around and made the arm and cloak two separate pieces.
We're making this variant available now to Nickstarter participants, so you have the choice of modelling the Cultist Captain with or without the cloak.
