The offspring of humans and fishfolk devils, fishfolk hybrids haunt remote islands, or decaying coastal and lakeside towns. They swim into cities where they pursue their bizarre rituals and breed with degenerate humans. Less conspicuously fish-like than their devilish progenitors, hybrids can pass more easily as human, often working as spies for fishfolk devil communities across the world. They are malign and often the instigators of abduction and murder.
